Summer 2024 USHL Skill Training

Week 1

Date : July 15th – July 18th

Date : July 22nd – July 25th

Week 3

Date : July 29th – August 1st

Details:

Limited to 12 players total

Included: 2.5 hrs on ice

M-Th 1st session Pond skill work 2nd Main ice skill/positional work, off ice 2 times with coach Vas, detail positional NHL skill video sessions, billet option avail, 10 min from NJ beaches.

Cost is $850.

Approximate Schedule for all 3 weeks:

Mon- Thurs (Coach Vas 2 Days Only)

8:30a Report to rink

9:00-10:30a Pond Skill Training

11:00-12:00a Main Ice Skill/Positional Details

12:30p Lunch

1:00p NHL Video session

1:30p Off Ice with Coach Vas (30 yr NHL Strength Coach)

2:30p Dismissal
